一、基本情况
南华大学公共卫生学院营养与食品卫生学教研室教师,博士,校聘教授,硕士研究生导师。湖南省疾病预防控制中心(湖南省预防医学科学院)客座教授。长期从事食品功能因子营养功能及药理药效学;食品功能因子运载体系(纳米粒子、水凝胶)构建及应用;食品功能因子超分子自组装体系等相关研究。涉及糖尿病、心肌缺血、肝肾损伤、胃溃疡、结肠炎、创面愈合等多种疾病的预防与治疗。现主持湖南省教育厅重点项目和南华大学博士启动项目等。近年来,累计发表学术论文共计10余篇,累计影响因子大于50。其中以第一作者在《Advanced Healthcare Materials》、《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《Colloids and Surfaces B: Biointerfaces》、《International Journal of Pharmaceutics》、《Materials Science & Engineering C》、《Biomacromolecules》、《Biomaterials Science》、《ACS Biomaterials Science & Engineering》等杂志上发表SCI论文10篇,发表中文核心期刊1篇。
