一、基本情况
姚雪琼，女，中共党员，博士，南华大学特聘副教授，南华大学公共卫生学院营养与食品卫生学教研室教师，公卫执业医师，中国学生营养与健康促进会大学生健康分会委员，湖南省中医药和中西医结合学会第四届营养与健康专业委员会委员；主要从事营养、代谢与慢性病如肥胖、糖尿病的发病机制及营养干预研究，特别是生命早期营养与妊娠期糖尿病的相关研究。主持湖南省自然科学基金青年项目1项，湖南省教育厅重点项目1项，参与多项国家自然科学基金面上项目。目前在国内国际知名期刊发表论文10余篇，其中以第一作者或通讯作者的身份发表SCI论文6篇，相关成果发表在Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry、Food & Function等杂志上。

三、人才培养 |

指导研究生：目前指导在读硕士研究生2名，指导研究生获第十届中国国际大学生创新大赛校赛三等奖1项。 指导本科生：平均年均教学课时为350学时；指导参与大学生创新科研课题的本科生共计10名，指导大学生成功申报创新科研课题2项，发表SCI文章1篇（本科生为第一作者）。
